Building on the success of their previous collaboration, this new collection explores the concept of “dopamine dressing,” combining emoji® brand’s highly recognizable designs with MSLAN’s signature neo-retro aesthetic. Rooted in the principles of “simplicity and purity” and “playful humor,” the collection is developed to reflect a relaxed yet expressive lifestyle, bringing a sense of ease, positivity, and emotional resonance to contemporary womenswear.
MSLAN integrates emoji®’s iconic brand into its designs through a variety of techniques, including crochet knitting, woven prints, and handcrafted detailing. This approach preserves the brand’s established visual identity while introducing a fresh layer of energy and emotional storytelling, resulting in a balanced fusion of craftsmanship and playfulness.
The accompanying campaign, titled “Multifaceted Emotions,” encourages modern women to embrace the full spectrum of their feelings with authenticity and confidence. Anchored by the message “I’ve Let It Go,” the campaign positions the emoji® brand designs as a tool that enables self-expression beyond verbal communication.
To support the launch, MSLAN will implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, including collaborations with Chinese celebrities and key opinion leaders (KOLs), immersive pop-up retail experiences, and enhanced in-store visual merchandising. These initiatives aim to strengthen consumer engagement and expand the collection’s reach across key markets.
