emoji – The Iconic Brand is making new waves across the Canadian market thanks to a new partnership with INProduction Licensing’s Greenre Brand that will see the launch of new stationery, activity, crafts, novelty, and back to school lines.

The new deal marks a firm foothold for the emoji company in the sustainable products market, teaming with a specialist in the field who boasts a portfolio of products developed from recycled, natural materials, recyclables, non-toxic, bio-fibres, as well as new age biopolymers.

WildBrain CPLG, one of the world’s leading entertainment, sport and brand licensing agencies, is significantly expanding its representation in EMEA of emoji – The Iconic Brand.

Starting this month and building on an established partnership, the UK & Eire; Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux and Turkey will be added to the existing remit of the  iconic lifestyle brand, which currently covers CEE, Iberia, Russia, France, MENA, Nordics, Italy, Greece, Poland, and Ukraine.

The new five-year deal will see WildBrain CPLG representing the brand on behalf of the emoji company GmbH across key consumer products categories to build merchandise offerings for kids, teens and adults.

Within existing markets, WildBrain CPLG Middle East has secured a new partnership with leading Kuwaiti sports and high-street fashion retailer, Al Nasser, for an emoji brand apparel range targeting girls and women, and in a previously announced deal, high-end retailer RIVA is gearing up to launch its first emoji fashion collection for teens and women next month. Since the beginning of its representation of the emoji brand in 2018, WildBrain CPLG has brokered over 100 deals for the brand.

Vistaprint has partnered with the emoji company to produce new face masks featuring emoji brand icons.

This collaboration pairs the emoji company’s digital icons with Vistaprint’s masks to bring a new collection to the market. Available in the U.S. and Canada, the emoji collection features a variety of designs including some of the most popular emoji® brand icons giving consumers plenty of options to choose from.

“With face masks being such an important part of daily life, we welcomed the opportunity to partner with Vistaprint for high quality face masks that empower consumers of all ages to express themselves in unique and fun ways,” says Marco Hüsges, chief executive officer and founder, the emoji company.

Vistaprint’s RFS masks have a 3-dimensional chin structure, a bendable nose bridge and adjustable straps to give the reusable face mask an all-day long fit. Designed with wearability in mind, the masks are available in a wide range of colors and prints for both adults and children. Sold separately in packs of ten, filters can be inserted into the RFS masks. Each filter can be used for up to 12 hours.

Communication is a vital part of our lives and to maintain any meaningful relationship, be it with your family, friends and loved ones, it is sacrosanct to keep it going. In our ever-advancing world, there have been fancy new ways of making communication fun, easy and lively. One of such ways is the use of emojis. We make use of digital emojis in our day-to-day conversations in chats on various social media platforms.

In fact, most times, we do not need to write a word. Just by using digital emojis our icons our points are well sent yet holding so much meaning. More so, text communication overtime has been misconstrued, which often leads to misinterpretation and therefore arguments. What you mean and what you type may not be in sync and the receiver may also get it mixed up. The use of digital emojis has helped bridge the gap because the emotion of the sender is easily captured in those emoticons. This has helped add meaning to our written messages.

Why we use digital icons in our everyday lives!

Icons have come to stay as far as our written communication is concerned and this has undoubtedly made conversations easier, faster and more thrilling. These little wonders make the task of writing messages less daunting and more entertaining for both the reader and the sender.

Usually, physical presence is key to really understand and feel included in any communication, but pictographs, which are the 21st century’s digital answer to the fact that we cannot always be present, has made life easier.

Digital emojis have made communication of our emotions easier, which sometimes words cannot do. Not only do they brighten up conversations, but they also have the ability to convey happiness, excitement, disappointment or even anger. Another positive aspect is that they help us save space and time when texting. They have come to replace slangs and acronyms as it is a globally-recognized iconography. They can be used in text messages, photos and even in some formal settings like slack channels.

Those cute icons and pictographs help us convey meaning and sentiment, save time and space, and what’s more, they are super cute. There’s no reason not to love them!

Lotus Global has brokered a licensing deal between Rei do Mate and emoji® for a Britto collaboration.

Rei do Mate has teamed with emoji® to create a line of collectable Britto bread cups.

The deal, brokered by Lotus Global, will see the creation 18 cheese bread combo collectible cups. Each Britto cup will leverage designs exclusively offered in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

“We are thrilled about the launch of this promotion that will truly entertain Brazilian people during the Xmas season,” says Marco Hüsges, chief executive officer and founder, The emoji Company. “This partnership is the perfect symbiosis of our partnership with famous artist Romero Britto and we are proud to be working with Rei do Mate again for the Brazilian territory.”

A new social campaign has been revealed via a partnership between emoji and Freedent.

The Freedent x emoji collaboration was made to help the way people communicate in the modern world. emoji, Freedent and their advertising agency CLM BBDO have joined forces to create a campaign highlighting creativity and savoir-vivre in everyday communication between young couples or people that are dating.

The emoji company has landed a new partnership with L’Oreal Paris Group to promote the Lancome Tonique Confort Skincare Collection in China with the launch of its co-branded gift box and packaging.

In a deal secured by Medialink Group Limited, Emoji will team up with the leading skincare brand to release co-branded packaging and gift boxes this week.

Included in the gift box is the signature Lancome Tonique Confort pink bottle, customized to feature four Emoji expressions such as ‘laugh’, ‘ke’, ‘love’, and ‘monkey’. In addition, the special edition includes a pink emoji brand headband as a premium that customers can use during their daily beauty regimen.

“Good skincare is what everyone wants and now they can have it as well as unique emoji brand packaging that just adds to the wonderful feeling of self-care,” said Noletta Chiu, executive director of Medialink Group Limited. “We are truly excited to partner with Lancôme and the emoji brand in this campaign.”
